I'm sure you're all familiar with what SPAM is. In this section, I'll do my best to give you some tools and tips for dealing with it.

First and foremost, when you receive a piece of SPAM, and it includes "remove" instructions, don't do it. All this does is verify that there's a human receiving the mail at your email address, and makes your address even more valuable to the people who send SPAM. So what should you do? Simple -- Notify anybody and everybody that's associated with the junk mail. Chances are, if you send it to the spammer's ISP (Internet Service Provider), the people who host the spammer's website, the people who give the spammer an email account for whatever reasons, that some (if not all) of these services should be promptly removed for the spammer. It's against almost every ISP's TOS (terms of service) to send bulk, unsolicited email, to mention websites hosted by a web hosting company via spam, etc. Our first tool will help you identify who these people are.

  • Spam Reader - Will read your piece of junk email, including the header information, and extract all vital information from it - Where it originated, which servers handled the delivery of it (ie, the spammer's ISP, and possibly their ISP's ISP as well), resolve any I.P. addresses to real domains by a process known as "reverse DNS Lookup", and what you'll receive once it's finished is a compiled list of everyone who should be sent a copy of the SPAM.

  • WHOIS Lookup *NEW* -- Look up the registration information for any domain. Includes contact names, street addresses, EMail addresses, and phone numbers!! To lookup a domain, just enter it below!
    DOMAIN NAME:
  • Top Spammers - The top 10 domains and email addresses of junk email, as collected by the Spam Reader.

  • Domain Check - Is your domain guilty of spamming?

  • Email Address Check - Has your email address been used in spamming?

  • Reported Domain Spammers - It would be considered to your advantage to add these to your email filter.

  • Reported Address Spammers - Here's a thought, why not spam the spammers? Here's a compiled list of their addresses!
